When you place or receive an order, we collect delivery addresses, order details, and payment confirmation references. We do not store card numbers or mobile money PINs — payments are handled by our third-party payment provider.

We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and actions taken, to help us improve the platform.

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfil orders between buyers and sellers
• Send you order updates and notifications
• Allow sellers and buyers to communicate via in-app chat
• Improve the platform and resolve disputes
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share limited information with trusted third parties only where necessary:

• Payment providers, to process transactions
• Delivery partners, to coordinate order fulfilment
• Cloud infrastructure providers, to host the platform

Your data is stored securely on servers in the EU (via Supabase). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff and systems only.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your login details private.
