Terms of service

By creating an account or using SuperLinkStores, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery information when placing an order
• Pay in full at the time of purchase
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Not file false or fraudulent disputes

Orders are binding once placed and paid. Cancellations are subject to each seller's stated policy.

As a seller, you agree to:

• Only list items you have in stock and can fulfil
• Accurately describe your products, including condition and pricing
• Respond to orders promptly and fulfil them as described
• Communicate honestly with buyers
• Comply with all applicable Zambian laws regarding the sale of goods

SuperLinkStores reserves the right to suspend or remove any store that violates these terms.

SuperLinkStores charges sellers a 7% commission on each completed order. There are no setup fees, listing fees, or monthly charges. Payouts are processed daily for orders marked as delivered.

All buyer payments are held in escrow until order delivery is confirmed, protecting both parties.

You may not use SuperLinkStores to sell or promote:

• Illegal goods or services
• Counterfeit or stolen items
• Weapons, drugs, or hazardous materials
• Adult or explicit content

You may not engage in fraud, harassment, spam, or any activity that interferes with the platform or other users.

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a dispute directly, SuperLinkStores may intervene. We will review evidence from both sides and make a decision at our discretion. Our decision on dispute outcomes is final.

Funds in escrow will not be released until a dispute is resolved.

SuperLinkStores is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to individual transactions and are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of items listed by sellers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperLinkStores is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
